A door that's grinding, sagging, or refusing to close isn't a weekend project — it's a call to 5 Star Garage Door Service, and a technician who diagnoses the cause before touching a wrench.
5 Star Garage Door Service trains Ontario, CA technicians on this exact service line so you're not the one teaching them on the job.
This specialization is why Ontario, CA customers call us back for the same issue instead of shopping around each time.
We inspect tracks, rollers, hinges, cables, and spring tension together, since one symptom often traces to a different failing part.
We carry OEM-spec parts sized to actual door weight, not generic hardware that fails again within months.
The price we quote in Ontario, CA is the number on the final invoice.
Insurance protects your Ontario, CA property in the rare event something goes sideways.
Worn nylon or steel rollers cause most of the grinding noise homeowners report — we match replacements to your door's weight and usage.
A track bumped by a car or warped by age throws the whole door out of alignment — we realign or replace sections as needed.
Frayed lift cables are a safety issue, not a cosmetic one — cable drums that have slipped get reset and re-seated correctly.
A dented panel from a backed-into car doesn't always mean a full replacement — panel swaps are color and profile matched as closely as the catalog allows.
Cracked bottom seals and worn weatherstripping let in water and pests — we replace astragal seals and side weatherstripping to restore a tight seal.
An unbalanced door strains the opener motor and shortens its lifespan — rebalancing after any repair is standard practice, not an upsell.
